2019

Monographic exhibition on the Gothic painter Bartolomé Bermejo, co-produced with the Prado National Museum.

This exhibition brought together a large number of works from various institutions around the world, allowing visitors to appreciate the striking personality of the Cordovan artist, creator of a realistic and illusionist personal language, and his innovative use of painting technique, introducing oil on panel in the Flemish style with an intense range of colours. The exhibition included such representative works as “Saint Michael Triumphant” (National Gallery, London) and “Pietà Desplà” (Barcelona Cathedral) which, as well as showing his interest in exploring new fields such as portraiture, demonstrated his ability to develop iconographies and symbols.

Work carried out: Production and assembly of museography and lighting.
