Lighting of the Santa Clara Convent Church.

Churches

Fundación de las Edades del Hombre

2020

The convent, which has been partially restored, has the polychrome coffered ceilings of the original church, whose restoration was awarded the Europa Nostra prize in 1988. The renovation for the creation of the museum of medieval painting has focused on the lower choir with 13th and 14th century paintings, the Baroque church with the altarpiece by Churriguera, a wing of the cloister and the choir.

An essential part of the new project has been the renovation of the lighting in the aforementioned spaces, primarily in accordance with criteria of conservation and presentation of the works.

Work carried out: Design and execution of the lighting project.
