2020

The Fruit School is a unique and unusual space located in the Central Fruit and Vegetable Market in Madrid that aims to teach the importance of healthy eating in a fun way, through an explanatory, logical, dynamic, experiential and sensory tour.

The project consisted of creating an extensive tour of the food chain, where visitors learn and enjoy themselves through play with the five senses. It is an attractive space that invites children to delve into healthy eating, taking them on a reverse journey through the world of fruit and vegetables: from the table to the earth. The centre includes a wide variety of audiovisual, interactive, immersive, manipulative, analogue and sensorial resources, creating a highly stimulating space.
