Museographic Desing

Fundación Mapfre (Centro de Fotografía Kbr, Barcelona)

2021

Museographic project consisting of the adaptation of a monographic exhibition by the Brazilian photographer Claudia Andujar for the KBr Photography Centre on her life with the Yanomami tribe.

The exhibition design was based on the adaptation of the travelling exhibition to the space of the KBr Photography Centre in Barcelona, carried out under the supervision of the Moreira Salles Institute in Brazil and the curator of the exhibition. Three hundred photographs were exhibited, installed on the walls and ceiling of the room under a suggestive cut-out lighting. The exhibition featured a chronological overview of the artist and her work, as well as an immersive audiovisual presentation about the Yanomami tribe and their environment projected on a curved surface.

Work carried out: Museographic design and graphic design adaptation.
